TOMMY LEE Gives Ghostbar Owners Their Money's Worth During Grand Opening
July 9, 2006Alan Peppard of The Dallas Morning News is reporting that owners Michael Morton and Scott DeGraff of the new Dallas nightspot Ghostbar got their money's worth last weekend from MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee. They flew Lee to Dallas for the opening festivities of the third Ghostbar. (The first two are in Vegas and Chicago.)
Saturday night (July 1),Tommy arrived at Ghostbar (atop the new W Dallas-Victory) with DJ Aero in tow.
The two were immediately given a table on the club's signature Ghostdeck. Suspended 33 floors above the pavement, the Ghostdeck has a glass floor guaranteed to peg your vertigo meter in the red.
But Tommy Lee and Aero were there to serve as celebrity DJs, and that they did. As the crowd began to feel the groove, Tommy stripped off his shirt to reveal his famous tattoos. He even stepped out of the DJ booth and high-fived members of the crowd.
